Senior Ops Lead for Elective & RTT Performance

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Bolton is seeking a Deputy Divisional Director of Operations to lead RTT rules, elective recovery, waiting list management and performance improvement across the division.

You will work with clinicians and system partners to deliver sustained RTT and elective performance gains, implement GIRFT recommendations and drive the Medium Term Plan priorities. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.
