Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Operations Executives, overseeing their daily activities and professional development. Driver Engagement: Develop high-impact campaigns to acquire and retain drivers, ensuring they provide a top-tier experience for passengers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Public Affairs teams to launch new features, local expansions, and sustainability initiatives (like EV transitions). Data Analysis: Use large datasets to identify trends, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and make evidence-based decisions TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: At least 5 years experience (with at least 3 years of people management experience) Self-confident and engaging presence, complemented by strong social and interpersonal skills. Equally comfortable communicating to groups of drivers as with commercial partners. Project management skills - can deliver complex projects.
