Senior Operational Risk & Controls Strategist

is seeking a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to join at group level with impact across product, operations, technology, compliance and dealing. You will identify and assess risks, maintain the risk register and develop risk governance; supporting improvements and regulatory alignment.

You will prepare risk reports for senior leadership and risk committees, drive operational risk framework enhancements, and collaborate with IT and compliance to mitigate risks.
