Senior Operational Resilience Risk Lead

Northern Trust is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Risk Specialist to join the Operational Risk Management function. You will provide independent second-line oversight of the organization's resilience programs and challenge business and technology stakeholders.

You will assess resilience controls, monitor risks, support governance forums, and deliver risk reporting to senior management and risk committees, ensuring regulatory alignment and enterprise risk management requirements.
