Senior On-Site Residential Project Manager

Manley is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential and apartment projects. You will manage the design team, site team and subcontractors, develop design methodology, and ensure timely delivery while complying with company standards and EHSQ practices.

Based on site across Meath, Louth, and North Dublin, you will report monthly to Directors, support procurement, and drive value engineering. A degree in a relevant field and 5-7 years' experience are required.
