Senior Occupational Health Leader - Wellbeing & Attendance

South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is seeking an Occupational Health Unit Manager to lead the delivery and coordination of Occupational Health services across the organisation. You will support wellbeing, attendance and safe return to work, while ensuring efficient day-to-day administration and line management of OH staff.

The role requires high levels of clinical governance, confidentiality and responsiveness, working with external providers to maintain robust health services for the workforce.
