Senior Occupational Health Lead (Deputy Manager)

Transport for London is recruiting a Deputy OHA Manager to lead a multidisciplinary Occupational Health team. The role reports to the Senior OH Advisor Manager and works on safeguarding SEQOHS and RISQS accreditation while delivering high-quality OH services.

You will supervise OH Advisors, nurses and technicians, manage performance, and undertake clinical duties such as medicals and health surveillance, while aligning with HSE and NMC standards and TfL policies.
