Senior Nursing Leader: Deputy Clinical Manager

Avante Care & Support Ltd. is recruiting a Deputy Clinical Manager for Malling Grange, a new luxury care home opening in Autumn 2026.

You will lead nursing teams, assess care needs, and shape care plans to ensure exceptional resident care at Malling Grange, currently operating at Pilgrims View, Snodland until transfer. Ideal candidates are Registered Nurses with NMC PIN, with residential care experience and a passion for staff development, quality improvement and person-centered care.
