Senior Nursing Leader (ADON) - Elder Care Home

Kate Cowhig International Recruitment is currently recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for elderly care homes in Co. Limerick.

The role requires senior clinical leadership, overseeing daily clinical practices, staff rostering, delegation and supervision, and governance and risk assessment. The ADON will work with the DON and Healthcare Manager as part of the senior management team, deputising for the DON when needed.
