Senior Nursery Practitioner - Lead & Develop EYFS

Shooting Stars Kings Norton are seeking a Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team. You will work closely with the Room Leader to deliver outstanding childcare and early education while developing leadership skills and supporting colleagues.

You'll hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have EYFS knowledge, strong communication, and experience mentoring or supervising others. This full-time role is based at our Kings Norton setting with term-time and holiday patterns aligned
