Job Description

We are looking for a full-time senior nursery nurse to work within our well-established team. You will be responsible for running your own unit and staffing team, working alongside the Childcare Manager and other Senior Nursery Nurses to provide outstanding care and a stimulating environment for children.

Requirements
  • Hold a full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above
  • It is desirable to have previous room leadership experience
  • Be an excellent communicator both spoken and written
  • Team player that works well with and provides support to those around them to ensure a happy staff team
  • A driven, self-motivated and passionate leader that inspires the team they are leading
  • Be of a calm, patient and kind nature
Pay & Holiday
  • 31 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays) (calculated per annum)
  • Absence reward of up to 1.5 days per year
  • Christmas shutdown
  • Competitive, performance-related pay circa £23,000 (conditions apply)
