Senior Nursery Group Lead Multi-Site Area Manager

JEM Childcare Solutions in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Senior/Area Manager to support managers in day-to-day running of our nursery settings. You will drive quality, safeguarding, curriculum, and compliance, and support Ofsted inspections.

Based on a 40-hour, five-day week, the role includes covering in managers' absence and collaborating with Directors on future growth of the group. A driver's license and passion for high standards are essential.
