Senior Night Care Supervisor - Dementia Care, Enhanced Pay

Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join Combe Lea, a 30-bed dementia care home. You will supervise staff, support the Registered Manager, and help manage a 4-week rolling rota including weekends and Bank Holidays.

The role requires CQC knowledge, safeguarding awareness, and a proactive approach to day-to-day management, staff development, and audits. A DBS check is required upon appointment.
