Senior Night Care Leader

Millennium Care is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join Lavender Hills Care Home in the Rossendale Valley on night shifts. You will lead the care team, provide high-quality personal care, and follow individual care plans to support residents with compassion and professionalism.

You will participate in care-plan development, assist with medication administration, and collaborate with other care professionals to meet residents' needs.
