Mitie Group plc is seeking an Operating Unit Director for a major NHS healthcare portfolio in Dudley. You will lead strategy, performance, governance and people leadership across a complex healthcare estate, ensuring safe, high-quality services and sustainable growth.

You will report into the Healthcare leadership team and drive multi-year planning, client relationships, and continuous improvement across the portfolio while promoting a values-led, inclusive leadership style.
