Job Title: Senior Network Test Engineer - Bradford
Location: Bradford (1 x days on-site per week)
Salary/Rate: £435 per day (Inside IR35)
Start Date: July / August 2025
Job Type: 3 Month Contract

Company Introduction:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK Telco provider who is hiring for a Senior Network Test Engineer for a 3-month rolling contract.

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Manual Automation Testing
2. Versa-SDWAN
3. Data Networks
4. L2 & L3 (Metro Ethernet Networks)
5. Cisco switches
6. Juniper
7. Nokia routers
8. Versa
9. Full automation skills in Python or Bash
10. Experience with Testing Tools such as Ixia, Byteblower, Wireshark etc

Desirable Skills:

1. Meraki
2. Ansible

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:

1. Assistance with test environment design, test strategy and test planning
2. Commissioning & installing (kit, software, test environment)
3. Configuring
4. Monitoring
5. Service testing & troubleshooting
6. Basic networking
