Senior Neighbourhood Health Lead - Ops & Partnerships

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced lead for the operational design and delivery of the local Neighbourhood Health agenda within Knowsley.

The post will coordinate with the Council, ICB, hospitals and primary care networks to develop neighbourhood health plans, improve outcomes, and address inequalities using population health approaches and co-design with communities.
