Job Description

A great opportunity to work at a leading, high-growth premium FMCG manufacturer, supplying premium products across e-commerce, grocery, food service, and retail. As the business grows, they're looking for a commercially driven Senior National Account Manager to help shape the next phase of success across the grocery channel.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships with key grocery retailers
  • Lead day-to-day management of accounts with exceptional service and support
  • Drive Joint Business Planning to ensure long-term, sustainable growth
  • Negotiate commercial terms, enhancing visibility, assortment, and profitability
  • Build and execute a strategy to win new business
  • Monitor category trends and market activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values and quality
  • Take full P&L ownership and deliver against commercial KPIs


What You'll Bring:


  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG with a strong track record in national account management
  • Experience working with the UK's top 4 grocers
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Confident in using shopper and category data to shape strategy
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking, and target-driven
