You'll work on everything from day-to-day reactive fixes to designing preventative maintenance routines that help reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. You'll be trusted to spec and shape your own workspace, source tools and parts, and help define how our machinery evolves as we grow.

This role sits at the heart of production and reports to our Engineering Manager. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams like Operations, QA, and Technical, responding to real-time line issues while also contributing to long-term projects like automation and new equipment commissioning.

It's a hands-on role with real variety - split roughly 60/40 or 50/50 between mechanical and electrical work, depending on your background. If you're someone who loves to "tinker" and thrive on improving how things run, you'll fit right in.
