Senior Monitoring Surveyor - Lender & Development Projects

Brandon James Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Associate Monitoring Surveyor to join its specialist monitoring team. You will lead lender, investor and development monitoring commissions across London and the wider UK, managing projects autonomously with high-level client engagement.

The successful candidate will have degree in QS/Building Surveying, proven UK monitoring experience, MRICS preferred, and strong knowledge of development processes.
