Job Description

Search-Select LTD seeks a senior MLRO & Financial Crime Compliance Manager to lead AML/CFT activities and drive a strong compliance culture from the Isle of Man office. The role includes acting as designated MLRO, guiding SAR reviews, and coordinating with law enforcement while reporting to the Board.

You will train staff, maintain key compliance registers, and influence governance with the Head of Compliance for long-term growth of the international business.
