Senior ML Engineer - Ads & Search

Etsy Ireland UC is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Search Ads team in Dublin. You will build user-centric ML systems powering sponsored search for Etsy's two-sided marketplace with millions of buyers and sellers, focusing on retrieval, ranking, ad allocation and engagement modeling.

You will collaborate across product engineering, ML, and analytics, run experiments, and productionize large-scale models while improving the buyer and seller experience.
