Your Role

• Lead a team of analog and mixed signal design engineers, driving innovation and excellence
• Provide technical vision for competitive automotive converter and precision analog solutions
• Define and execute the strategic IP roadmap with cross functional teams
• Lead the design and delivery of high quality analog and mixed signal IPs for automotive microcontrollers, meeting stringent safety and quality standards
• Drive innovation in IP design with novel methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Provide clear communication on progress, challenges, and resource needs
• Have technical and management responsibility for the team, including people management tasks
• Collaborate with Infineon organisations across sites, fostering global collaboration and supporting multisite projects

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field
• At least 10 years of professional experience in analog design with a strong focus on IP development
• Understanding of analog design flows and tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor)
• Strong understanding of IP level verification environments and methodologies
• Experience working within an SoC architecture
• Proven leadership experience, managing teams of design engineers in a high performance environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas or proposals in both verbal and written forms
• Fluent English
