The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our expanding team. This is a senior technical role, where you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering robust Power Platform solutions that drive real business transformation for our clients. You will play a leading part in shaping solution architecture, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices are followed across projects.
Working primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, you will deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. You will also contribute to the evolution of T-Tech's flagship Practice Gateway portal and support the adoption of emerging technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
 - Architect and implement complex automated workflows with Power Automate.
 - Design and deliver interactive dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI.
 - Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and third-party data sources.
 - Provide technical leadership on client projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
 - Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing development of T-Tech's Practice Gateway portal.
 - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions aligned to business objectives.
 - Mentor and support junior developers, sharing expertise and promoting best practice within the team.
 - Stay ahead of emerging Power Platform capabilities and recommend innovative solutions to clients and the business.
 
- Significant hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
 - Strong knowledge of solution architecture, integration patterns, and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
 - Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server.
 - Proficiency in C# or JavaScript for extending Power Platform solutions.
 - Previous involvement in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects is desirable.
 - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
 - Ability to lead projects, take ownership of technical delivery, and mentor team members.

- Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
 - Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integration.
 - Experience with SQL Server and C# is beneficial.
 - Exposure to RPA tools would be advantageous.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
 - Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform are desirable.
