Location: Head Office - B24

Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join a successful and growing retail fashion business at its Head Office based in the B24 area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven merchandising professional to play a key role in maximising sales, profitability, and stock performance across multiple product categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering merchandising strategies in line with business objectives
• Managing stock levels, forecasting, and intake planning
• Analysing sales performance, market trends, and customer demand
• Working closely with Buying, Design, and Supply Chain teams
• Monitoring product performance and recommending actions to maximise profitability
• Managing markdowns, promotions, and seasonal stock planning
• Producing and presenting reports on sales, stock, and KPI performance
• Supporting and mentoring junior merchandising team members
• Ensuring stock availability while minimising excess inventory

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Merchandiser, Merchandiser, or similar role within retail or fashion
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
• Experience with forecasting, stock planning, and inventory management
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
