Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Dagenham

Crown House Technologies is recruiting a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor in Dagenham for commercial work on major data-centre packages. The business is Laing O'Rourke's specialist MEP delivery unit, and the advertised position is permanent. The surveyor will lead the commercial aspects of mechanical, electrical and public-health packages, including specialist subcontractors.

Responsibilities cover contractual and financial management against project profit, cash-flow and margin targets. The recruit will support procurement, commissioning and subcontract management and lead commercial activities through both pre-construction and construction. Managing commercial resources and helping develop other commercial team members are also part of the role.

Applicants should have MEP quantity surveying experience with a specialist subcontractor or main contractor and a strong understanding of contracts in complex project environments. The employer asks for experience on high-value projects with demanding delivery timescales, preferably data centres or other critical infrastructure. A degree in quantity surveying or commercial management is required.
