Senior MEP Lead - Residential Construction (Dublin)

Breagh Recruitment is seeking an MEP Lead for a key role on a large residential construction project in Dublin. You will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services from pre-construction to commissioning, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in building services. This position offers a salary of €105,000 - €120,000 plus benefits including a company vehicle, pension, and continuous professional development support.
