Senior Medical Social Worker - Hospital MDT Impact

Health Service Executive in Ireland is seeking a Senior Medical Social Worker to join Tipperary University Hospital on a permanent wholetime basis. The role requires depth and breadth of medical social work or MDT/other health related experience relevant to the role, with duties spanning patient support, discharge planning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
