• Leading the Mechatronics function within the R&D department and delivering projects in line with business and R&D objectives
• Leading the development of mechatronics products & new technologies across the business.
• Managing mechatronics resource planning, project timing plans and application engineering activities
• Defining technical specifications, test requirements and ensuring design targets are achieved in line with DVP&R
• Providing technical liaison with customers and suppliers, including attending meetings on-site and abroad

Senior Mechatronics EngineerThe Senior Mechatronics Engineer will require the following experience:

• Degree in a recognized engineering qualification (Mechatronics related subjects are advantageous)
• Strong background of mechatronics including mechanical, electrical, hardware and software development
• Proven leadership experience
