Senior Mechanical Systems Lead - Engine Development

JCB Power Systems is seeking a Principal Mechanical Systems Engineer to lead development and delivery of mechanical engine systems across NPI and support programmes. You will provide technical and people leadership, ensuring safe, on-time, within-budget solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of engine design, strong collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing and development teams, and the ability to manage risk and drive complex projects to a successful conclusion.
