Go Fix Mechanical & Drainage Services is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can accurately estimate project costs and contribute to the successful bidding and planning of mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical estimates for projects.
• Conduct cost analysis and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure estimates are comprehensive.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify potential risks and provide value engineering solutions.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Mechanical Estimator within the construction or mechanical services industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical packages including HVAC systems and plant rooms.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering, construction, or related fields preferred.
