We're supporting a well-respected building services consultancy in London as they look to grow their mechanical team with an experienced and independent Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.

They work across a broad range of sectors including education, residential, commercial, healthcare, blue light, heritage, and civic projects - typically delivering design on schemes valued between £500k and £1m.

This is a great opportunity for someone confident running their own projects from concept through to completion, while working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading mechanical design across all RIBA stages (2-5)
Producing specifications, calculations, and layout drawings
Managing project delivery and coordination with wider design teams
Supporting junior engineers and representing the business in client meetings
Conducting site surveys and technical assessments

What You'll Need:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or similar)
Experience working in a consultancy environment
Knowledge of UK building regs, CIBSE guidelines and RIBA stages
Proficient in Hevacomp, AutoCAD, IES, and ideally Revit MEP
Confident communicator, organised, and delivery-focused
