Senior MarTech & Data Platform Lead

Holland & Barrett is seeking a Senior MarTech Manager to lead and evolve its marketing technology ecosystem during a pivotal transformation. The role connects technology, data and marketing performance to enable smarter customer experiences and scalable growth across markets.

You will own the MarTech stack, enable CRM, personalisation and performance marketing using first party data, and drive data driven measurement across web, app and paid media.
