Build the engine behind predictable SaaS growth

Kallidus is building the next chapter of its growth journey, moving from a strong inbound led business to a scalable, data driven revenue engine that supports sustained ARR growth.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to design, own and evolve the systems, data and processes that power that engine.

This is a pivotal role. You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, ensuring that demand is qualified properly, routed correctly, measured accurately, and continuously improved. Your work will directly enable better conversion, faster velocity and more predictable revenue.

If you're someone who loves turning complexity into clarity, and wants to build something properly, not just maintain it, this role is for you.

Marketing Operations Manager

What you'll be responsible for Funnel architecture & data foundations

Define and maintain a clear, shared lifecycle model across HubSpot and Salesforce

Implement lead scoring using ICP fit, behaviour, persona and intent signals

Improve data quality, enrichment and consistency across the funnel

Own routing logic, SLAs and handoff processes between Marketing and Sales

Own and evolve the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot and Salesforce integrations

Build and optimise nurture and lifecycle workflows for inbound, outbound and customer growth

Implement UTM governance, campaign structure and tracking best practices

Partner closely with Sales to ensure workflows scale as the business grows

Build end-to-end funnel reporting from lead through to revenue

Create executive ready dashboards showing conversion, velocity and pipeline health

Track SLA adherence and proactively surface risks or drop offs

Enable reliable attribution and pipeline contribution reporting

Establish a hypothesis led measurement approach once foundations are in place

Conversion optimisation & performance support

Analyse conversion rates at every funnel stage and recommend improvements

Support lead quality improvements through data driven insight

Work with Sales and SDRs to improve qualification and acceptance

Feed conversion insights back into paid media, forms and nurture to improve ROI

Work day to day with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing and Customer Success

Operationalise ICP, segmentation and personas across systems and reporting

Provide clarity and transparency on funnel performance to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for

Proven experience in Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment

Strong hands on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce (automation, reporting, integrations)

Deep understanding of funnel design, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and attribution

Confidence presenting data and insight to senior stakeholders

A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working cross functionally in a revenue led organisation

Why this role matters

Marketing at Kallidus is shifting from activity to outcomes.

This role is critical to making that shift real, creating the infrastructure that allows Marketing and Sales to operate with shared definitions, trusted data and clear accountability.

You won't just be optimising systems.
You'll be enabling predictable growth.
