We're seeking a Sr Growth Marketing Executive who thrives on execution, precision, and impact. In this role, you'll drive execution across digital campaigns, web, and events, ensuring every initiative is flawlessly delivered and directly contributes to qualified pipeline and business growth. As a key link between Marketing and Sales, you'll ensure seamless collaboration, performance insights, and operational excellence.

  • Digital & Web: Build, optimise, and maintain high performing website pages (WordPress, Elementor), ensuring every touchpoint is optimised for SEO, UX, and conversion.
  • Paid Media Execution: Run and refine campaigns across Google PPC, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads, continuously improving cost per lead and conversion outcomes.
  • Data Driven Optimisation: Monitor performance daily, analyze results, and implement smart, data backed improvements to hit KPIs with precision.
  • Events Marketing: Support the planning and execution of global events that amplify brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and strengthen market positioning.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee experience to deliver seamless campaigns and events.
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure smooth lead handover to Sales, provide actionable insights, and improve marketing to sales alignment.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver clear, accurate reports on campaigns and operations to drive informed decision making.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations (B2B preferred).
  • Hands on expertise with WordPress and Elementor.
  • Practical experience running campaigns on Google PPC, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Exposure to event planning or marketing operations.
  • Analytical mindset with a solid understanding of performance tracking.
