Senior Marketing Executive

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and growing marketing team in London. This is a pivotal role supporting one of our specialist divisions of Financial & Professional Services, Sport & Entertainment, or Fine Art, and contributing to high-impact campaigns and operational excellence.

You'll be at the heart of Howden's brand storytelling, helping to position us as a market-leading broker through multi-platform campaigns, rich media content, and strategic partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and deliver divisional marketing plans, campaigns, and collateral.
• Project manage multiple initiatives across print, digital, social, podcasting, and video.
• Write and edit client communications, email campaigns, and thought leadership content.
• Coordinate events, both in-person and virtual, and manage branded merchandise.
• Champion the Howden brand, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints.
• Support marketing operations, including CMS updates, content libraries, and supplier liaison.
• Collaborate with internal teams, our in-house creative agency, and external partners.

What We're Looking For

• Ambitious, with 3+ years' experience in marketing - specific industry experience not essential.
• A natural communicator with excellent writing skills and stakeholder confidence.
• A multi-tasker with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A digital native with CMS, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media know-how.
• A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for making things happen.
