They are now looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive, you will help drive the growth of our client's fundraising, partnerships and donor engagement programmes through an exceptional range of campaigns and marketing activity.
Specifically, driving reach and engagement with the organisation's network, you will deliver a media and communication plan to support prospecting for new partnerships and build existing relationships.
You will create assets that drive impact and business cases for support, build awareness of our client's work and support grant applications with guidelines and advice. Generating stories of beneficiaries and other content, you will promote programmes and partnerships and showcase how impact has been achieved.
Additionally, you will develop content that enhances reach, develops awareness of activities, and creates engagement with the network and potential donors.
About You
To be considered as a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive, you will need:
- Proven experience in marketing with demonstrable results of growth in engagement metrics
- Strong understanding of donor engagement and retention strategies
- Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills
- Skills in design tools, including Canva and graphic creation
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM systems
