Job Description

Clyde & Co in London seeks a marine transactions lawyer to join our Marine Assets and Projects Team. You will work closely with corporate, marine litigation and international offices on shipbuilding contracts, ship sale and purchase, and ship financing.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years PQE in marine transactional work with knowledge of BIMCO, excellent legal ability, initiative and strong attention to detail. A practising certificate is required, with CPD compliance expected.
