Senior Manufacturing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results driven Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing performance in a highly regulated medical device/pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations to deliver on safety, quality, compliance, cost, and delivery.
• Ensure full adherence to GxP, regulatory, and quality system requirements.
• Drive a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop high performing teams with clear accountability.
• Manage multiple operational priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
• Champion CAPA, root cause analysis, and audit readiness.
• Optimise production planning, process flow, and operational efficiency.
• Deliver structured, data driven problem solving and timely decision making.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in senior operations leadership within medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• 3rd Level Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Strong track record in quality, compliance, and regulatory environments (GxP).
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in complex operations.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement, CAPA & root cause analysis, production planning and regulated processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results.
