Senior Manager, Tax Advisory for M&A & Global Deals

Brewer Morris is seeking a Senior Manager in Deal Advisory Tax to shape UK transactions across acquisitions, disposals, carve-outs and refinancings. You'll work with Partners and Directors to steer tax strategy through the deal lifecycle and help clients maximise value from investments.

You will lead buy-side and sell-side advice, due diligence and deal structuring, review UK and international tax matters, manage risks, client relations and business development, and coach junior colleagues
