We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Strategic Growth and Business Delivery
Working in our Wealth and Premier Solutions (WPS) business you'll be responsible for translating high-level vision into measurable business outcomes, driving the growth agenda, and ensuring the operational heartbeat of the leadership team remains disciplined and effective.

In this role you'll:
- Lead the WPS UK strategy through setting clear Objective Key Results (OKRs) and aligning budgets to ensure the business is positioned for long-term growth
- Spearhead strategic programmes including pricing strategies and value proposition design by managing the lifecycle from initial design to implementation tracking
- Act as the primary conduit for the Head of Wealth UK's priorities which will involve managing high-level meetings, critical internal and external engagements and ensuring messaging is strategic, consistent, and impactful
- Own the governance calendar and communicate any relevant decisions with the leadership team
- Be the "People Agenda" advocate and act as a bridge for employees ensuring their concerns are heard, addressed, and integrated into the business strategy
To be successful in this role you should meet the following essential requirements:
- Able to evidence strong capabilities in Strategy Development, Business Management or aligned experience such as a CEO / COO / Chief of Staff environment
- Experience of working across complex projects (like pricing or product design) from concept to execution
- High level of communication skill to be able to work with various forms of info to produce reports, briefings and presentations
- Commercially astute with a solid understanding of budgeting and commercial drivers within a Financial Services environment
- Possess excellent stakeholder management skills, coupled with a professional confidence that projects empathy and insight
- Demonstrate really good time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks often with conflicting priorities
