ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of client engagements, managing project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in shaping project outcomes and identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead delivery of multi-faceted consulting engagements
- Manage client relationships at a senior level, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and strategic impact
- Develop project plans, guide team execution, and oversee quality assurance of deliverables
- Translate client challenges into structured hypotheses and actionable recommendations
- Identify and support business development opportunities across existing and prospective accounts
- Coach and mentor consultants, contributing to a high-performance team culture
- 7-15 years of experience in strategy consulting within the life sciences sector
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholder groups
- Broad understanding of pharmaceutical commercialisation, market access, and/or R&D strategy
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills
- Confident facilitator with strong client communication and influencing abilities
- Degree in life sciences or related field (advanced degree beneficial)
