As a Senior Manager, Solution Engineering, you will:

• Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, driving career development, performance management, and continuous skill enablement.
• Support and coach your SEs as they partner with Account Executives to discover customer pain points, develop opportunities, and secure the technical win.
• Partner directly with senior customer technical leaders on strategic opportunities to articulate Okta's platform value.
