We are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, driving high-impact software delivery across a portfolio of products. In this role, you will oversee teams distributed across Europe and collaborate with peers in the US, ensuring alignment with company objectives and technical excellence. You will manage project priorities, balance multiple workstreams, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position requires a strategic leader with strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in coaching and developing team members while delivering scalable and maintainable software solutions.

Accountabilities
  • Lead and empower engineering teams, setting clear goals and fostering accountability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide technical oversight, architectural guidance, and support for system design reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX, security, and DevOps.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical background with experience in scalable front-end/back-end systems (React, Java, Serverless, AWS).
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
