JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Process Improvement & Intelligent Automation to guide the evolution of continuous improvement and AI enabled ways of working across Burberry Business Services. This role shapes how we simplify processes, adopt intelligent automation responsibly, and strengthen operational excellence. You will work closely with senior leaders to turn ambition into measurable impact, championing innovation that supports our colleagues and the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the strategy for continuous improvement and intelligent automation, ensuring it supports business priorities and delivers meaningful outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of AI enabled and low code solutions that enhance service quality, efficiency, and operational resilience.
• Manage the portfolio of process improvement and automation initiatives, embedding strong governance and value tracking.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and act as a trusted advisor on operational excellence and responsible AI use.
• Develop and support a multidisciplinary team, building capability across continuous improvement, automation, and low code enablement.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Experience leading continuous improvement, transformation, or process optimisation within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or AI enabled process design.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives with clarity, structure, and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Skilled at communicating with senior leaders and guiding decision making with insight and judgement.
• Familiarity with low code technologies or AI governance practices is welcomed but not essential.
