This role will be located at Dublin/Swords, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize excess and shortages, and ensure product availability across primary DCs and country depots.
• Net Requirements Planning: Utilize DRP systems to align on supply needs, analyze inventory trends, and plan material replenishment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HQ Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and Zone Planning teams to align stocking strategies and resolve operational issues.
• Performance Monitoring and issue resolution: Track and manage KPIs related to replenishment order accuracy, inventory turnover, and backorder reduction in collaboration with country planning team and digital supply chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in supply planning tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of supply chain management, especially inventory management and replenishment principles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Logistics and/or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in managing complex medical device or related industry supply chain in a global environment.
• Highly collaborative, team oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Plan systems and processes (SAP, Kinaxis). Experience in a structured business process (e.g., SIOP, S&OP, IBP) strongly preferred.
