Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the membership team at Kew at a time of growth, and this role is at the heart of the action. This role is responsible for seeking out new opportunities for growth across all membership income streams (acquisition, retention, gift aid, secondary spend, donations) and is responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives to reach ambitious growth targets.

This is a great opportunity to work in a successful and well-established membership scheme, bringing innovation and test-and-learn approaches into our long-term planning.

The successful candidate will have significant experience working at a manager level in a membership environment and will be familiar with the principles of running successful acquisition and retention initiatives. They will be an astute income generator with proven experience in achieving commercial outcomes.

They will be a strong project manager with experience working in complex environments and managing multiple stakeholders, as well as having strong analytical skills being able to bring data to life to provide meaningful insights to help guide us in making good decisions on which initiatives will generate strongest growth.

First Interview: 28th May 2025

Second Interview: 4th June 2025

This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
