Senior Manager Internal Audit

Looking to step into a high impact leadership role with a global industry leader? We're recruiting on behalf of a major international business for a senior internal audit manager to join their global audit team in Dublin.

What you'll be doing

• Lead complex operational, financial and internal control audits across international business units
• Support the development and delivery of the annual audit plan and audit strategy
• Provide recommendations that strengthen controls, governance and business performance
• Manage, coach and develop a high performing audit team
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the organisation

What we're looking for

• 10+ years' audit experience with time spent at manager level or above
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CA, CPA or CIA
• Strong knowledge of risk management, internal controls and corporate governance
• Experience leading teams and large scale audit or transformation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
