Job Description

The Integrated Demand Planning Global Lead is a role accountable for driving the End to End transformation of Demand Planning workstream across process, data, and technology.

The role acts as business and change leader within the E2E Planning program agenda, shaping a future ready operating model that delivers scalable capabilities, measurable business impact, and sustainable adoption across the system.

The role requires synchronizing activities within the pillar of integrated demand forecasting. It will work hand in hand with Supply Chain Services (PS), IT, and SIs to enable the technology to achieve the mentioned objective, following a process of design, solution confirmation, development, and deployment. The work will be in close collaboration with bottlers and OUs, starting with a focus in Europe and then expanding to the rest of the System.

The responsibilities of the position are oriented towards planning for the future, emphasizing the adoption of technology to drive value creation. The objective is to outline a roadmap for progress, including enhancements and process advancements, covering everything from initial design through to execution, expansion, and global rollout. With a strong focus on value creation, the role defines and delivers this multi year transformation roadmap that advances automation, visibility, collaboration, and process maturity. This roadmap spans from strategy and design through execution and global rollout and is grounded in industry best practices, internal learnings, and continuous improvement.

The role works in close partnership with the Supply Chain Center COE to standardize future processes, govern solution design, accelerate adoption, and ensure benefits are realized and sustained over time.

Lead End to End Demand Planning Transformation
  • Own and drive the end to end transformation of Demand Planning across process, data, and technology, aligned with the E2E Planning strategy and the ambition of autonomous planning and execution.
  • Act as the enterprise architect for DP defining the transformation horizons and capability roadmap.
  • Act as orchestrator across Supply Chain Services (CPS), Bottlers, Digital Technology Services (DTS), Platform Services, and System Integrators (SIs).
  • Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes, including improved service, reduced manual intervention, increased automation, and enhanced customer collaboration.
Define and Execute the Transformation Roadmap
  • Develop, govern, and execute the DP roadmap, spanning design, solution validation, development, deployment, and global scale up.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable and adaptable across diverse markets and operating models.
  • Embed industry best practices and internal learnings to continuously evolve DP maturity across the system.
Drive Process Excellence, Data & Technology Enablement
  • Lead global process design and orchestration for the workstream.
  • Establish strong data foundations and ensure effective technology enablement, including adoption, system integrations, and user centric solutions that support transformed ways of working.
Ensure Adoption, Change & Value Realization
  • Lead change management and adoption strategies, ensuring business users and IT support teams are enabled, engaged, and accountable from the outset.
  • Build organizational capabilities and foster a transformation mindset across the extended enterprise.
  • Track and govern value realization, adoption, quality, and delivery performance through clear metrics and disciplined execution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence to define standards and best practices for Order Management processes, systems, and data.
Qualification & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of related work experience leading business process improvement initiatives, project management, and change management leadership.
  • Highly proficient/mastery in the use of IBP, PBI, data analytics and insights.
  • Must have demonstrated end to end business process thinking and possess knowledge of present or "as is" processes and ability to lead improvements that will constitute a desired "future state."
  • Experience and expertise in project management, change management, value evaluation, and productivity tracking.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead highly complex and cross functional initiatives.
  • Ability to work with people at all levels in the organization, managing and influencing multiple stakeholders within the TCCC system.
