Purpose:

The Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer will be responsible for collaborating with Commercial and Medical Affairs on activities and processes that have health care compliance-related implications. The Health Care Compliance Officer will provide direction and oversight of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) Program for multiple products within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and ensure the business integrates health care compliance and corporate integrity principles into strategic plans and tactics.

You will be responsible for:

• Reviewing marketing and medical strategies and materials, including brand and medical business plans, sales training documents, internal communications, fee for service engagements, field incentive compensation program, field call plans, and medical education programs to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Ensuring business activities comply with HCC laws, US federal and state regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to healthcare products and services, interactions with healthcare professionals and government officials, and other relevant areas.
• Performing risk assessments and advising management on potential compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
• Developing and facilitating compliance training programs for employees, agents, and partners.
• Monitoring and investigating compliance issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Communicating healthcare compliance standards and updates on laws and guidance to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 8 years of business-related experience, including 5 years in healthcare compliance, FDA requirements, and related areas.
• Experience supporting product launches and working with regulatory bodies preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence business decisions.
• Knowledge of healthcare sales, marketing, and Medical Affairs practices.
• CCEP accreditation preferred.
• This position is based in Horsham, PA, with approximately 10% domestic travel required.
